Company Overview
Neimah Care® is a 501 (c)3 nonprofit organization that was established in 2016. We are faith based but we are a nondenominational organization. Our mission is to provide that additional support to all who are struggling with the challenges of life. As the founder, and CEO Sophia McDonald who had faced many challenges in her life led her to develop this organization. The founder shares her story to motivate that through faith, and guidance may help many to overcome those obstacles in their lives.
The name of this organization was inspired from the individuals in the Bible, and through their life stories motivated us to serve all people. We want everyone to know we are here to help and to be a support system.

WHY US?
Everything we do is design to fill in the gaps that life has created. How we do it, is in a comfortable setting that approaches ones circumstances without feeling judge. We believe that our peer group setting will offer healing, inspiration, motivation to help lead a full life.
Who we are? We are the solution, no one has to be embarrassed of the stigma of seeking help. We believe without the right support system, individuals and families may face unnecessary barriers to growth, stability, and independence. Our mission is to provide compassionate, reliable services that empower people to thrive.
Neimah Care staff members are designed to be sympathetic, and in tuned to the needs of each individual. We hope our services and testimony inspire individuals to persevere and recognize that every person's story has the power to uplift and support others.
Alongside our comprehensive services, we proudly provide (PCP) Person centered planning and (SDP) Self determination program services. As approved Regional Centers vendors, we empower individuals with developmental disabilities through personalized planning and meaningful support aligned with their goals and needs.
Our organization offers entrepreneur opportunities through our accelerator programs that provides mentorship, networking, education to raise capital, grow their business, and create new jobs.
TEAM LEADERS
Our support team is composed of trained professionals with degrees and certification in Liberal Arts, Behavior science, Social science, Christian studies, Chaplaincy, Ministerial leadership, and equipped with the knowledge, compassion to lead as mentors.
